Alice’s Blanket is a simple pattern with big results. The chain stitch ribbing, framed by a seed stitch border, provides lots of texture and is beautiful on either side. The pattern, sized for a baby here, can easily be adjusted to any size desired and can be memorized after just a few repeats. I used Isle Yarns DK, a natural fiber, because it blocks beautifully and provides incredible stitch definition, but mostly because it is one of my most favorite yarns!
