This was a stash buster project so I used green and pink yarn that I had lying around. The pink is probably not the pink I would have chosen if I was buying yarn specifically for this project. Both came from different Bernat Pop Cakes – Medium weight (4). A total of 18 grams was used (16 for the bulk of the pod and 2 for the final round) I used a 5mm crochet hook. This is done in the round from the bottom up using a magic circle
