Your waist is 60 – 70 cm ( 23.6 – 27.6 in)
M – width of the top is 78 cm/ 30.7 in

L – width of the top is 88 cm/ 34.6 in
Your waist is 80 - 90cm (31.5 in – 35.4 in)
