We went visiting a Xmas market over last week-end and my daughter kept on looking at these numerous hats with tassel one sees lately.
But having a mum that knits, how could she want to buy one !?!
So I said to her: “I’ll make you one tomorrow.”
She answered: “Will it be ready on Monday?”
I said “Yes!”

Yarn: held double, almost used both skeins.

You can wear it with the brim unfolded, you have a beanie!

Size for teens
Height 25 cm - circumference about 50 cm

Size for adults
Height 30 cm - circumference about 50 cm
Add 2 rows for the brim
& 8 rows for the hat (pattern updated accordingly)

En hiver juste avant Noël s’ouvrent les marchés de l’Avent. Nous visitions l’un d’eux et ma fille n’avait d’yeux que pour ces bonnets à pompon que l’on voyait partout à cet époque.
Ayant une maman tricoteuse, comment pouvait-elle vouloir en acheter un?
Je lui dit alors: “Je t’en ferai un, promis!”
Elle me répondit: “Il sera prêt pour lundi?
Et moi de lui rétorquer: “Mais bien sûr!”
