Pattern workflow:

Aliyah is worked from the top down, with a saddle shoulder construction.
First the two saddles are worked flat, then stitches are picked up along the sides of the saddles and stitches are cast on for the back neck, German short rows are worked to shape the shoulders and the back yoke is worked flat until the underarms following a chart. The front shoulders are worked separately then joined with cast on stitches. The front is worked flat until the underarm following a chart. The body is joined in the round at the underarms with cast on stitches, and worked in the round following a chart. The sleeves are picked up along the armholes and worked top down in the round. All trims are finished with a 1X1 rib.
