The Aliyah Cardigan is the perfect Spring or Summer Cardi. It can be dressed up or down and is perfect to keep your shoulders warm on a cool summer evening.

The pattern is worked in 3 panels and seamed together. The edging is added to finish off the piece.

Yarn:
I used Loops & Threads Meandering Serpentine. This yarn is now discontinued, but some great alternatives are Lion Brand Mandala Tweed, Lion Brand Jeans, or Yarn Bee Soft Secret.

I also made two in Loops & Threads Creme Cotton and it worked up perfectly. It is the cream coloured mommy daughter set pictured.

Gauge:
Two gauge swatches are required. One in sc for the back panel and one in V-sts for the front panels.

14sc x 16 rows = 4” x 4” (10cm x 10cm)

6 V-sts x 6 rows = 4” x 4” (10cm x 10cm)
