This pattern is part of the WOOL - Issue #1 -Vests for Babies and Toddlers Book. Five basic vest styles are given for both DK and Worsted weight yarns. Each of these five basic styles is written in 6 sizes.

This Vest will certainly make your little toddler look all grown up.
Zig Zag patterns are always popular, and can be used for both girls and boys. Traditionally, boy’s vest will be V-neck, whereas with girls, work according to the round neck version in the book.

Yarn Requirements are approximate and will depend on the final gauge.

0-3 months - 100 grams
6 months - 100 grams
12 months - 150 grams
18 months - 150 grams
24 months - 200 grams
36 months - 250 grams

Needle Size will vary between 4.5-5 mm. depending on gauge
