All is Bright Socks
The All is bright Socks were inspired by the line from the Christmas Carol “Silent Night.” They have faux cables twirling around each sock, a reminder of the beautiful garlands that whirl around the Christmas tree and the merriment that comes with the joy of Christmas time. The line “All is Bright” seemed an appropriate name, following on from the “All is Calm” sock pattern.
The pattern has a wedge toe and a Wrap and Turn short row heel with a mini gusset, as the texture of the pattern does pull in the fabric. A heel and toe of your own choosing could be substituted. They are knit using the magic loop method but can be adapted to suit dpns.
The pattern is mirrored on each leg. There are written directions and charts for faux cable panel.
