This bonnet is a great beginners pattern. I love it because it is easily customizable and one of those knits that I can accomplish in a night.

The bonnet is knitted flat and then seamed up the back.
You will need to know the basic knit stitch, purl, knit 2 together (K2Tog), binding off and Casting on.

The bonnet comes in sizes 0-3,months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 1 year, and 2-3 years.

You will need US size 7 needles and worsted weight yarn.

This bonnet is cuddly but not to heavy. Its a great all season bonnet.
