’Alles sal reg kom’ is South-African for ‘Everything will turn out ok, everything will be fine’.

We say it to our children so often, we tell them to follow their dreams, to have faith in themselves, to believe !

I think we should also say it to ourselves from time to time, or maybe even every day.

Positive vibes, affirmation and being gentle to ourselves changes the world.

I choose a wonderful yarn for this design, Nurturing Fibres Supertwist Sock Yarn. Why ? Carla, the woman behind this South-African brand, definitely has said ‘Alles sal reg kom’ to herself the day she decided to start her company, starting dying yarn and believed she could make a difference.

This is the perfect yarn for my design, no ?

A simple topdown construction, an easy to remember yet distinctive pattern repeat for the body of the shawl, and a tender shell edging make this shawl a pleasure to make, and a joy to wear.
