This collar was inspired by the movie Almost Famous and the stylish character Penny Lane, who wore giant collared coats throughout the film. After a good deal of experimenting, we now have the Almost Famous Collar pattern! What I love about this is that you can wear it with all your coats to get the look plus it’s warm and cozy, so there’s functionality to it as well. The sample can also be worn in many of other ways besides just as a collar. I used a shawl pin through the knitted fabric in these pics to show the other versatile ways this piece can be worn.
