This is a crochet pattern for Almost Spring Wrap

A 72x20 inch wrap/scarf, perfect for those cool spring days, summer evenings, or fall walks. It is easily adjusted to be longer and wider, even big enough for an afghan. a very versatile pattern. And easy enough that you can quickly whip up a few for those fairs and shows. And I am sure your family and friends will thank you if you make these for them as a nice gift. Maybe even wear to church to avoid getting cold from drafts in those big open rooms and spaces.

I used I Love This Yarn from Hobby Lobby, but you can use any weight yarn. Adjust the width and length for which ever yarn is used.

I use about 1300 yards for my wrap. It is 20 inches wide. Keep in mind that amount will be different depending on what weight yarn and hook size you use, And if you will be making an afghan you will need quite a bit more. If you use ILTY I will suggest that you count on having to use at least 3200 yards for an afghan (72x50 inches)

I made a nice wide scarf using this pattern too. 80 inches long and 12 inches wide. I used worsted weight yarn and a 6mm hook. Nice drape.

For a lighter wrap with a nicer drape use a thinner yarn.
