The Almost Stripes Ear Warmer is an adorable buddy to the Almost Stripes Beanie. This is faster and a bit easier to construct for beginners who want to try color work, since there are only a few color changes to create the pattern. This pattern uses two hook sizes in order to create a brim that stays put and leaves a little extra room in the middle of the headband for comfort. The pattern calls for worsted/aran weight 4 yarn. Samples are made with Lion Brand Heartland and Lion Brand Basic Stitch. You’ll need approximately 150-200 yds of the main color and 20 yds of the accent color.
