One size pattern
This is a very easy and very quick knit with a chunky weight yarn (with yarn held double strand through out) worked at a relaxed open gauge. Light as a feather and with a sophisticated feel. This shrug is truely for a beginner’s level but looks just great. This drop sleeve shrug is oversized, relaxed, loose, and slouchy. Shrug is worked in one piece from side to side (seamless)

Skills: This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the cast on, bind off,knit stitch,purl stitch,working in the round and changing from in-the-round knitting to flat knitting

needle sizes:
U.S. Size 11 (8 mm) circular knitting needles 60 cm/24“
DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk – 6 skeins (A luxurious blend of brushed alpaca and mulberry silk) – 1 skein= 25 g = approx 140 m
The shrug is knitted with double thread.

Gauge: 10 stitches x 12 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm
