Knit this nursery alphabet set to welcome a new baby. Included is the pattern for the blanket, the 3 blocks and the patchwork teddy comforter. The blanket is knitted as one piece, crossing the yarns at the back then finished off with a garter stitch border which is knitted then sewn on. The blocks mimic the colours and designs of the blanket. Ten centimetre foam blocks are inserted at the making up stage. The comforter is a mini version of the blanket with a sweet little teddy head attached at the end. The blocks and/or comforter could be a great way to personalise this set for a special baby with his/her name or initials added.
