Pattern Description from Cast On: “This sweater is worked from the neck down and can be tried on to determine size and length as you are working, if waste yarn has been used to hold sleeve stitches. CO is at the top of the mock turtleneck, and stitches are increased for the shoulders and sleeves. Did I mention that this sweater is seamless?”
