Like Alpine Trails meandering along the steep hillsides towards the peak, the travelling stitches of the traditional double-bands at the back of this sock work itself towards the cuff. Other Austrian traditional stitch patterns complete the design.

Pattern comes in stitch counts equivalent to a plain 58-64-stitch sock and a plain 68-74-stitch sock. Size can be adapted by using slightly larger needles.

Charts are used throughout the pattern.
