This fun Alpine Twist cup cozy is perfect for adding a cozy touch to your favorite tumblers and water bottles. The texture makes it easier to grip your drink without being too bulky.

If you are unfamiliar with the Alpine Stitch, this pattern also contains a swatching tutorial so you can practice before you make the main cozy.

The base of this pattern can be modified to fit whatever size cup you’re using. The height can also go as high or short as you need.

You will need less than one average skein of yarn, making this perfect for using up some scrap yarn in your stash!

For the beige sample in this pattern, I used JoAnn Big Twist yarn. The green example was made using an unknown scrap yarn I already had. You can use any worsted weight yarn, preferably on the thicker side.
