This adorable garter stitch (mousse means garter in French) baby coat is knitted seamless bottom up: first the body flat, then the sleeves in the round, and ending by the hood flat again.
I designed it a little on the oversize but it will be perfect to protect your precious bundle of joy in the cold weather.
It is knitted in 2 colors and requires knowing intarsia. That is the detail what make this simple baby coat pattern a little “baby mousse” cuteness.
