This pattern uses the overlay mosaic crochet technique with border stitches. It is an easy pattern that uses a small number of special stitches, all of which are detailed with photos and instructions.

I designed this heart originally for my Portal Cubes pattern, but it’s a lovely pattern by itself so here it is, finally, by itself! Instructions are included for a drawstring bag, but the alternating stripe pattern would look great on any number of things.
