Altitude
Altitude is an asymmetrical triangular shawl that is knitted on the bias and shaped with simultaneous decreases/increases at both edges of the knitted fabric. Alternating sections of garter stitch and open work stitch patterns make this an engaging and, at the same time, a relaxing knit. The finishing touch is made by knitting on a mesh border from the picked up stitches along the edge of increases and the provisional cast-on edge of the shawl.
