The Alto Cardigan is a fun and easy pattern to knit!
it is a perfect choice for your first sweater - each technique is explained and additional tutorials are linked.

It is an oversize and very short deisgn so if you want to make it longer you should count for more wool or you could cast 10 stitches less for the back.

Dimensions after blocking:
Width: 78 cm
Length: 43 cm
Sleeves:
Width: 26 cm (folded in half)
Length: 43 cm

You will need:
6 balls of The Wool by We Are Knitters* (each ball is 80 metres in 200 grams)
You can choose a similar yarn
12 mm 120 cm circular needles (it’s the most comfortable but you can use shorter if you wish)
12 mm 40 cm circular needles (or you can use the Magic Loop technique)
12 mm Double Pointed needles (or you can use the Magic Loop techniqe)
2 markers
Sewing needle
