This tank was designed as a layering piece to compliment the Always Joy Cardi. Wearable as a standalone garment for the warmer months of the year, it also looks great teamed up, twin set style, with a cropped, fitted cardigan or layered on top of a shirt.
This tank is designed to have a classic cropped fit, intended to be worn with -1 to 1 inches of ease across the bust. Optional waist shaping instructions are included for those who wish their tank to be form fitting throughout.
It is constructed starting with shoulder straps and the back panel, front straps are then worked from here until joined at the neckline and later at the underarm. Armhole trim is added from here followed by a trim added to the neckline meaning the tank can be tried on at this point to check for fit. Additional body length can now be added, if required. Under the bust, a ribbed section is added for a form fitting waist band once body length is confirmed.
