This shawl made in layered sections of complimenting stitch patterns is easier to make than it looks! It is shown in four colors but can be done in two or three.

Note: The pattern is written out--not charted. Two of the sections are a very simple stitch pattern, i.e. garter stitch and seed stitch. The other sections work on repeats. The most important things to remember are: Keep track of the center increase (!!!) and use stitch markers to help keep track of repeats.
