Amanda's Hat
My sister Amanda is one-of-a-kind. A save-the-world-while-bettering-herself type, she’s a devoted friend and sister, an intelligent and thoughtful human, a talented musician, and a bunch of other stuff too. I wanted to create a hat that captured some of her spirit—her simple resourcefulness and her ingenuity—and, thus, this beanie was born. With a slightly complicated cable that gets easier with practice and cushy seed stitch texture interspersed between, I think it fits the bill.
This is a written pattern, no chart included.
