This pattern is for a pair of Amanita muscaria mushrooms, representing an early and a late stage model. Each mushroom is knitted in one piece and can be completed in under 2 hours.

This pattern features instructions for simple armature, which helps the large mushroom stand upright. This step is optional and can be skipped if positioning is not a priority. The finished mushrooms, using US6 / 4mm needles, measure as follows: LARGE 6” tall 4” diameter; SMALL 3.5” tall 2” diameter.
