Amantine uses a combination of yarns to create a textured, colorful, lightly felted bag with a distinctive boho feel. A great stash buster, any feltable yarn from lace weight to bulky weight, and any non-feltable yarn from laceweight to sportweight can be incorporated into the project. The pattern provides a formula for picking yarns that will work together. The bag may be knit entirely in stockinette stitch or in a variety of stitches to give the bag more texture. A quick knit, Amantine is knit in the round from the bottom up on US10.5 needles, then lightly felted in a washing machine. So dive into your stash, maybe purchase an interesting yarn or two, and create something completely unique!
