Amarillo Starlight
Amarillo Starlight is crocheted as a triangular piece from the bottom tip up. It can be made in any size and can be folded and seamed to create a cowl.
Yarn: Light Fingering Weight; 100% wool; 420 yards (384 m)/ 100 g.
The sample used 140 g, 588 yards (538 m) excluding the tassels. Testers found yarn usage varied widely depending on gauge and finished size.
The sample is 54 inches long along the top edge and 30 inches deep from tip to top (137 cm X 76 cm) after blocking.
Amarillo Starlight is crocheted in rows and worked from the tip to the top. Optional, beaded tassels give the shawl a lovely finished style.
US crochet terms are used throughout the pattern. The equivalent UK terms are referenced the table of abbreviations.
The pattern does not include charts.
