Begin by working some rounds in 1x1 Twisted Rib, then stripe of lacy pattern and twisted rib again allows for a nice drape, and results in a cute crown. Skill level intermediate.

Gauge
28 sts x 38 rows = 4” (10 cm) square in St. st. on No3 mm needles after blocking.
