Amble Shawl
Amble Shawl - sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.
Amble Definition: to walk or go at a slow, relaxed pace, especially for pleasure.
The inspiration behind this design was purely to enjoy the process. Too often, we rush through a design or project to get to the end… but this is about slowing down and enjoying the journey. The Amble Shawl was truly one of my all-time favorite pieces to make.
The design brings together simple stitches and mindless repeats with intentional color changes to keep things interesting. If you’re looking for a project you can mosey through and enjoy each stitch, this is the one. You’ll also be pleasantly surprised by how quickly it works up!
