Full instructions included on how to go about customizing your American Black Duck into a Psyduck!

Materials:
You will need a 3.00 mm crochet hook, safety eyes, worsted weight yarn, stitch marker, tapestry needle, poly-fill for stuffing, and scissors.

Let’s talk yarn!
You will need 75-100 yards of #4 worsted weight yarn for the main body of your duck. You will also need 20-30 yards of a secondary color for the duck bill and feet. If you choose to crochet the eyes you will need 20 yards or less of white worsted weight yarn. For the American Black Duck, I used Red Heart Super Saver in the color
Heather Gray on the duck bill and feet. For the main body of the American Black Duck I used Lion Brand Mandala Ombre in the color COOL. For the yellow Psyduck I used Red Heart Super Saver in the colors Yellow and Saffron.

Final Measurements:
Your finished duck will be around 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Size may slightly vary depending on what brand of worsted weight yarn you use for this project.

Gauge:
4 sts by 4 rows = 1 inch with a 3.00 mm crochet hook and worsted weight yarn. Gauge is not extremely important for this pattern. You just want to keep even tension and crochet tight enough that stuffing does not poke through the holes.
