American Blue is an expansive shawl in the shape of a right triangle. Casting on the left side (the short vertical leg of the triangle), the shawl is built sideways. Color work and cozy wool makes this shawl a dream to wrap around your neck and a bright pop of color in this chilly weather.
The shawl features an I-cord edge to provide support for the long edge of the shawl.

I used 1.75 skeins of Berroco Vintage DK in Blue and 1 skein of the Berroco Vintage DK in Cream in the shawl pictured.
