This hat is made from doubled yarn. The hat comes with a simple scarf as a bonus. It is knitted on double pointed needles. The two yarns of different colors make this hat interesting looking, so there was no need for more elaborate pattern. Advanced beginner should be able to handle this task, IMHO.

You can use even leftovers and make the hat very colorful. So if you have any one in your family that has an American Girl Doll, you could make a beautiful inexpensive gift for them :-)
