this is my first written pattern for american girl or 18” doll skirt. it is super easy and quick to make. you can make the skirt short, or as long as you want. single crochet and increased stitches and continuous rounds is all you need to know to make this skirt. this pattern is also great for left over yarn stash. gauge is not needed and any yarn or hook size will work. i do not know the amount of yarn needed, however, i used my left over yarn stash and as you can see i ran out of the variegated yarn and used white for my last few rows. i also use hooks between 4 mm and 5.5 mm and skirt turned out fine…… if you have any questions please feel free to message me. would love to see finished projects and input on how to make this pattern better.
