This adorable Jill Biden Inauguration Day outfit turned out so cute. All four of the outfits I did for the ladies of the INauguration were tons of fun to make. I loved the colors that she wore so picking the yarn and colors were fun as well. Great piece for any American Girl doll lover.

2.5mm Crochet Hook
3.5mm Crochet Hook

For the necklace, I used a piece of craft sequin. I did not attach it to
the doll, I basically only used it for pictures. But you can use
something as well for the necklace and pic or attach in back of neck.
