This pattern is for an American Girl Doll Pumpkin Costume. It includes costume, hat and spider trick or treat bag.

Skill level: intermediate, advanced due to seaming
Techniques:Knitting flat, seaming
Yarn: In addition to orange yarn for pumpkin, a small amount of green is needed for hat and a small amount of black is needed for spider bag.

Additional Notions: 3 buttons or velcro,
stuffing
black pipe cleaners
Needles: a circular needle size 6 to be used for shell. Even though you will work back and forth, a circular needle will be easier to use.

Options: cut out jack o lantern face parts from black felt and sew on to costume.
