This is quick hat, knit from the brim to the crown, sized for the whole family.
This hat is knit one color at a time in stripes, until the crown decreases. During the crown decreases, two colors create a white star on a blue background.

Sizing:
Baby (6/12 mos): fits up to 16” head; actual finished circumference – 14.6”
Child (1-5yo): fits up to 18” head; actual finished circumference – 16”
Adult Small (5yo & up): fits up to 19.5” head; actual finished circumference – 17.5”
Adult Medium: fits up to 21” head; actual finished circumference – 18.6”
Adult Large: fits up to 22.5” head; actual finished circumference – 20”
