• Changing yarn colors

• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in front loops and back loops

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size F/6 or 3.75mm Crochet Hook

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for black dots on eyes)

• Yarn Needle

• Stitch Marker

• Scissors

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Stuffing Tool

• Red Heart Super Saver Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o Turqua for head/body, wings, ears, and tail
o Light Blue for belly and outer part of eyes
o Blue for “feathers” on belly
o White for eyes
o Black for dots (for eyes)
o Pumpkin for beak and feet
