Beginner-friendly amigurumi pattern.

You need to know some basic stitches:

• crocheting in rounds
• crocheting in rows
• chain
• single crochet
• increase
• decrease

Materials:

• sport/fine weight cotton yarn
• 3.00 mm crochet hook
• 12 mm safety eyes and nose
• scissors
• yarn needle
• fiberfill

Other yarn sizes will also work, but the crochet hook size and eyes and nose dimensions will need to be adjusted accordingly.

The bat is about 15 cm (6 inches) tall if using the same yarn and hook size as I did.
