Amigas
Amigas is a sweet cabled hat, that comes with a lot of options to make it uniquely your own.
The pattern provides two different brim options; one deeper version that can be worn folded over for extra warmth, or unfolded for a nonchalant, slouchy look; and a shorter brim for a neater, close-fitting look.
There are 3 options provided for finishing: one is regular, one is with a pompom and the third leaves the crown partially open to make room for the pony-tailed runners amongst you.
Amigas features German short rows to shape the back of the brim. This lessens the bulk of fabric in that area, that often occurs with thicker yarn weights.
Charted and written instructions are provided.
