The Spanish word for Girlfriends seemed the perfect name for this easy breezy Summer tank. It is part of The Road Trip Collection that was born from the friendship between myself and Veronika Jobe, of YOTH yarns, and designed to work perfectly with either of our new Summer yarns, YOTH ‘Best Friend’ or Magpie ‘Solstice”.

This top is knit sideways in two pieces. Once blocked, the side seams create a lovely shape with a slightly scooped neckline and rounded hem, while a simple diagonal knit/purl pattern down the sides adds interest and figure flattering detail.

Easily customizable by simply adjusting the cast on for length and rows for width, this is an excellent quick knit for beginners and experts alike. You can also try playing with color by knitting the side and center panels in different colors for a fun colorblock effect.
