Welcome to the new Amigurumi Advent Mystery Crochet-Along 2020

The Amigurumi Advent is back for a third year!
This December join us for a brand new mystery crochet-along and unwrap a cute amigurumi surprise every day until Christmas Day - that’s 24 brand new amigurumi to make and collect!

We will reveal the mini collection day by day, advent calendar style, starting on the first day of December all the way to Christmas Eve.
This year’s collection is inspired by classic toys and games. Each day will bring a new original design, all working together as a set.

The big bonus make for this year is a set of 3 gift boxes! Enroll to receive the bonus big make for the term, introduction to the MCAL and a stitch guide for the project.

Throughout the month do join us in the Ravelry group set up for the MCAL and on Instagram, where we will be on hand to answer any questions and chat all things crochet. Be sure to share and tag your makes with #amigurumiadvent2020 for a chance to win a prize or two.

The Amigurumi Advent 2020 is a Mystery Crochet-Along by Ilaria Caliri and Irene Strange, it will run from 1st of December 2020 until 24th of December 2020, advent calendar style.

The projects in the MCAL can be made with your preferred yarn, all the samples are be made in DK-weight cotton. It’s up to each maker if they complete all the projects or just their favourite ones - work at whichever pace suits you!

Note on Gauge: keep stitches close together amigurumi-style, make sure no stuffing shows through the gaps.

After the MCAL is completed the whole collection will be available to purchase as a digital booklet for $25.00 (+ any regional VAT).
