Your teddy bear knows all your secrets - and keeps them !

This PDF crochet pattern describes in US terminology how to crochet a cute baby bear as shown on picture.

Finished size will be approx. 8” (21 cm), crocheted with hook size E (3,5 mm) and acrylic DK/8 ply yarn. Heavy DK yarn (Saskia by Wibra) was used to create the bear in the picture.

If you wish to make a taller or smaller version of this amigurumi you can just use thicker or thinner yarn / crochet hook.

Gauge is not important for this pattern, just crochet tight enough so the stuffing will not show through the stitches.

Materials used :

• Crochet hook size E (3,5 mm)
• Fiberfill stuffing, safety eyes 12 mm
• Yarn; brown (approx. 90 gr, 230 m, 260 yds), small amounts of soft pink, cream, dark brown
• Stitch marker, tapestry needle, pins, optional: matching color brown sewing thread

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, bobble stitch (instruction included), working in back loops, increasing, decreasing

Skill level: advanced beginner - intermediate
