Amigurumi Budgie
These little budgies are the best of friends. They have frilly wing feathers and long, elegant tails. They also love to perch on your finger!
What you will need:
4 ply worsted weight yarn in Wing & Tail colour (A), Body colour (B), Head colour (C), Beak & Feet colour (D) and Face Detail colour (E). (A chart will tell you which colours to use depending on whether you wish to make the Blue Budgie or the Green Budgie.)
Fiberfill stuffing
Beads or safety eyes. NOTE: Do not use these if the amigurumi is intended for a small child. Instead, embroider on the eyes with thread only so that they can’t be chewed off and swallowed.
The budgie is about 10 cm/4 inches.
This pattern includes pictures, easy to follow instructions as well as an explanation of ScDec.
