ABOUT THE PATTERN

The pattern starts from the top of the head and works down. The eyes, beak, wings, feet and feathers are crocheted separately and require sewing on. I’ve provided options for either safety eyes or crocheted eyes. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook, Eggy Parrot reaches a height of approximately 11cm. SKILL LEVEL

I have assigned an intermediate skill level to this pattern. While the majority of it involves simple stitches, there is some assembly required in sewing components together. Additionally, please note that the creation of feathers and wings may be a bit fiddly.

DK yarn in chosen colours (colours used in pattern - red, yellow, blue and a small amount of brown, black and white)
2.5mm crochet hook
12mm Safety eyes or a small amount of black yarn if crocheting the eyes
