Both cats are based on the same pattern - differences concern accessories, e.g. bow, eyelashes and dress for lady cat and trousers for cat.
I crocheted the cats for the first time on 30th wedding anniversary – it was a gift.
If you want to crochet the cats for the child, please be careful – it is better to replace artificial whiskers with whiskers from black yarn or thread.
Cat measures about 50 cm when it stands.

Materials (for crocheting one cat):

YARNS:

• main yarn – I used brown YarnArt Dolce 754 (for lady cat) and grey Himalaya Dolphin Baby (for the cat), 2 skeins of 100 g; crochet hook 4.5 mm; It is better to use one type of yarn, but they are similar in gauge and I had it in my yarn stock :-)

• I used also simultaneously 3 skeins of different tone of beige (I called it beige in the pattern) for muzzle, paws and end of tail:
YarnArt Charisma beige, YarnArt Jeans beige, YarnArt Jeans white. The gouge of three yarns should be appropriate to the gauge of main yarn, because we will use the same hook 4.5 mm for both yarns.

• pink – for nose, pads and tongue; crochet hook 2.5 mm.

CROCHET HOOKS:

• 4.5 mm – for main yarn and beige (three mixed yarns)

• 2.5 mm – for YarnArt Jeans

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS:

• fiberfill stuffing

• tapestry needle

• safety eyes and a piece of white felt

• artificial whiskers (about 20 cm long)

• scissors
