This is an intermediate skill level pattern. This pattern is written in US crochet terminology.

Materials:
You will need a 3.00 mm crochet hook, a 2.00 mm crochet hook, scissors, stitch marker, tapestry needle, 18 mm safety eyes, 100 yards of blue yarn, and green embroidery floss.

Let’s talk yarn!
You will need 75-100 yards of blue worsted weight yarn. I used Caron Simply Soft. You will also need one pack of green embroidery floss to make the spikes.

Final Measurements:
Your finished dinosaur will be 4 inches tall. Your finished dinosaur will measure 5 inches long from nose to tip of tail.

Gauge:
4 sts by 4 rows = 1 inch with a 3.00 mm crochet hook and worsted weight yarn. Gauge is not extremely important for this pattern. You just want to keep even tension and crochet tight enough that stuffing does not poke through the holes.

Abbreviations:
Ch: chain
Sl st: slip stitch
Sc: single crochet
Blo: back loop only
Sc inc: single crochet increase
Sc dec: single crochet decrease
