Every Halloween The Sun and the Turtle organizes a Halloween themed crochet along. Either it is a swap were people participating make an Amigurumi based on the given theme and then send them to each other, or then we all crochet together using the same pattern.

For 2016 the theme was an “evil witch” and we organized a crochet along that was streamed live on our facebook page.
The turn out was great and it resulted in 4 different live streams.
1 for the head. 1 for the legs/body. 1 for the arms and apron and 1 for the hat and details.
