I’m excited to share this sweet hippopotamus pattern with you! By including or excluding eyelashes you can make your hippo in a boy or girl version.

Finished size is approximately 13 inches tall! The legs and body are made as one piece with the head sewn on separately to add extra strength!
Materials you will need:
Size 4 worsted weight yarn (150g color of choice, small amount of white)
3.5 mm crochet hook
15mm safety eyes
Black crochet/embroidery thread for eyelashes (optional)
Scissors and tapestry needle
Stuffing
Stitch markers
