This is a crocheted and felted wool plush horse. This horse measures about 9 inches (23cm) tall by 6 inches (15cm) wide after felted. Instructions are given for needle-felting a face but this is optional. Button eyes and an embroidered mouth would look wonderful.

Patons® Classic Merino Wool Yarn: less than 1/2 a skein
Natural Mix
Dark Gray (very little gray is used, so any scrap dark wool yarn can be used)
Crochet hook, size I (5.5mm)
Tapestry needle
Fiberfill
